Swimming Pool

The swimming pool provides freshness and relaxation to the tenants. The children’s pool is attached. The poolside may be used for small parties with barbecue and drinks.

Tennis Court

The tennis court covered with artificial turf provides best playing conditions for the players. The court is equipped with lighting and can be used after sunset.

Garden/Play Ground

The backyard of the building is the turf big-big garden with slides and playing equipment for children. The Jana garden party for tenants is held periodically on the ground. The golf practice corner is available at the end of play ground.

Gymnastic Room

Be fit and sporty with our fully equipped gym room on the ground floor. The gym is free for use for the tenants.

Play Room for Children

Are your children active? They will surely enjoy with a carpeted playroom with suitable toys for babies from six months to ten years. The room is available for hosting events such as birthday parties and aerobic dancing.

Parking Lots

Jana Garden Terrace has sufficient parking space for the tenants and the guests.

In-room facilities

IDD telephone lines are installed in every living room and main bedroom. We also provide an Internet connection in a small bedroom for your computer.

T.V channel list is available in every apartment. We provide 22 International T.V channels such as CNN, BBC, HBO, Star Sport, MTV, Cartoon Network, Discovery, TV-5 (France)… and some regional T.V channels.

Library & Video Corner is located on the 2^nd floor, provides a hundred books and video tapes in both English and Japanese. More than 100 children books are also available in the play room.

Reception

The Tenants all are welcome to Jana Garden Terrace with heartfelt reception by full time English-speaking reception staff. Just tell our receptionists your requirement or problem they will deal with it quickly. Also the reception area is appropriate for meeting the guests in good atmosphere.

Maintenance & Engineers

Please do not be worry if you need an assistance of engineers. Jana maintenance team is ready to serve you 24 hours per day.

Housekeeping Service

Daily housekeeping service (except Sunday) will make your life at Jana Garden Terrace more convenient and comfortable. The main task of housekeepers is to keep your room always clean and tidy. They will change new towels for bathroom everyday, fill up with toilet tissue and soap. Twice a week they will change bed linen and do a vacuum cleaning for whole apartment.

Laundry Service

We will be in-charge of daily laundry service for pyjama and underwear upon the tenant’s request. Dry cleaning and several different laundry service packages are designed to meet all the Lessee's requirements. Please contact our receptionists or Chief Housekeeper for more details.

Security

The entrance gate is guarded by Janadeco security staffs for 24 hours. Together with receptionists, they prevent suspicious persons from entering the building by means of various alarm devices, cameras and regular security patrols. They are also responsible for the safety around the premise.

Automatic fire alarm devices: a fire (smoke) detecting system is installed on the every floor, and is connected to the Reception Desk.

Interphone installed in every apartment is connected to the entrance door in order for tenants to communicate with visitors.

Jana Garden Terrace is built by Fujita Corporation, a leading Japanese contractor in building construction with earthquake resistance measure. The building consists of 3 blocks, which are surrounded by 220mm earthquake resistant RC walls. The main columns of the lover level are made of BOOmm x BOOmm heavy duty RC. All provides the tenants with full security and safety life at Jana apartments.

Safety Box is provided in every apartment for tenants to keep their value things.

Breakfast includes Japanese style and American style can be served upon Tenant’s request. Mini-restaurant for breakfast is on the 2^nd floor, or tenant can request room service.

The storage room is on the 2^nd floor. For free-of-charge storing accepted-size items, please contact Chief Receptionist for your request.

If you are seeking for a big livingroom-cum-dining area, kitchen with window, sliding door connects one bedroom and livingroom to expand the maximum space, choose Type A - 2 bedroom - 83.4m2.

In case you are looking for a master bedroom with view, one bigger bathroom, choose Type B1 - 2 bedroom - 89.6m2.

For a big walkin closet, bigger livingroom and kitchen with window, Type B2 - 2 bedroom - 89.6m2 will satisfy you.

Type C – 3 bedroom – 100.8m2 has a master bedroom with view and big walk in closet.
